Non-Custom, Non-Sale, or Non-Coupon Items
Non-custom, non-sale, and non-coupon items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Please contact us before returning. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Sale or Coupon Items
Sale and coupon items that are not damaged or defective may be eligible for full or partial refunds at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Custom Items
Custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We are not liable for spelling mistakes or order errors made on your part. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective items to be considered for refund.

Digital Items
Digital items, such as templates or plans, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Damaged Items
